I ordered a set of Hematite tuxedo cufflinks and studs for a gift for Christmas. After what seemed like too long, I hadn't received them so I contacted the company. Not only did Aaron get right back to me (within a couple of hours), they made sure I got my order in time for Christmas by rushing out a new set. (It appears there had been a problem during the shipping of the original). My Dad loved the cufflinks and I would order from them again because I know the service will be there.

Bought these cuff links to go with a new tuxedo. One of the buttons popped out of my shirt (they're very small buttons) and when the button hit the floor the stone setting broke right off. I think these look great...but are very poorly designed.

When I responded that one of the cufflinks I ordered was broken
upon arrival, I was promptly contacted by the seller who has assured me that a new set is on the way. His quick response has convinced me that I will indeed get a new set soon. If I don't, you will hear from me again.
